The idea of this challenge is that we collectively lose 50 pounds by 4th of July. We will Weight In (WI) on Mondays.
PLease let the team know of your starting weight and your desired goal weight by May, 10th 2010. It would be great if you let us know how many pounds you lose every week and so far. For example: "I've lost 1 pound this week and 5 pounds since the challenge started".
We will tally our lost pounds on Tuesday and post it.
