47 pounds lost from my first weigh-in (although, I had put on 13 pounds just before joining, so it's really 34 pounds "lost" and 13 pounds "re-lost".
Biggest lesson learned (and I've been blogging about it endlessly now): Looking "fit" is not necessarily the same as being "healthy". Make sure you check regularly that your insides are functioning as well as your outsides may be looking good.
