I lost 23 pounds but gained 13lbs back after taking a break since Nov/Dec 08. *sigh* Trying to get back on the wagon.
Just the quickie - as today is my Sparkaversary:
47 pounds lost from my first weigh-in (although, I had put on 13 pounds just before joining, so it's really 34 pounds "lost" and 13 pounds "re-lost".
Biggest lesson learned (and I've been blogging about it endlessly now): Looking "fit" is not necessarily the same as being "healthy". Make sure you check regularly that your insides are functioning as well as your outsides may be looking good.

My key to success: Follow *most* of the guidelines, *most* of the time.
