I miss you too THEMEOF79 we can do this but I can't right now as soon as I get an release to exercise later on this year after surgery I am more really to particpate on any challenges that THEMEOF79 took the time to create I thank God for you you have been my inspiration.

Here's the Challenge... Exercise with Joyce Vedral (any workout that you choose) at least Five Days a Week for Twelve Weeks starting Sunday November 25th thru Saturday February 16th! We need to Exercise at least 30 minutes a day and increase our Personal Time as the Twelve Weeks Progress. This Challenge will take us through Christmas, New Years and Valentines! We should Post how we are doing and be here to Encourage Others with this Challenge for the Holidays!!
