I just did Definition and pushups against the chair. I was going to use 3/4/5 lb. weights, but ended up using 3 lb. for the whole thing! Onward!
I'm new to the board. I missed the eight week challenge. Congrats to you for doing that!
Any amount of JV workouts would be an improvement for me. I've been the total couch potato for months and months.
The eight week challenge got me thinking I can do a personal one til the end of the year, seven weeks as of today. I'll aim for four days of strength training and post here. Maybe some others will want to do it?
