The Eight Week Fall Fitness Challenge has been Great!! Congratulations to SPECIAL6 for logging in each day and reporting your progress. You have kept me motivated for the last eight weeks - Thank-You!!!
Time for a new Challenge - The Holidays Are Happening Challenge and it starts on Sunday - November 25th and goes for twelve weeks this time. We will start at 30 minutes a day - at least and we will exercise for at least 5 days a week. I hope that many will join us for this challenge and we can help each other to a healthier & happier looking Spring!!

Great going, eight weeks! I'm really impressed. I'm sorry I missed it.

I love Joyce's workouts, but I'm so inconsistent. Maybe I can try a personal challenge and post on this board. There's seven weeks til the end of the year. I'm thinking about trying for two full body workouts a week (so four days a week) for that period. Actually anything would be an improvement!

Thanks for the inspiration.

I'm up for the challenge, but I will be doing Zumba and Biggest Loser instead. This at least gives me a goal to follow for 8 weeks!!!

Here's the Challenge... Exercise with Joyce (any workout you choose) at least five days a week for eight weeks Starting Sun. Sept. 23rd thru Sat. Nov. 17th for the Eight Week Fall Fitness Challenge. We will be starting on the First Sunday after Autumn Arrives and Ending on the Saturday before Thanksgiving.
