Ok, I typically weigh myself once a week. I take measurements that day too, and usually will see progress in my weight, hips and waist. This week's number were frustrating though, I went from 170.6 to 172.2. I realize all the usual excuses people give for them, maybe it's water weight, or the reminder that even though there are no visible results there are still great things happening inside my body, and all that. I have recently increased my weights, and that has made for a very intense workout. I know that's part of the reason for my body's results. But the only place I've seen any results in the last 2 weeks is my hips. I have lost an inch in my hips but that's the only place where I've seen any results.
I know this won't last forever, but I am still a little down...
