For myself, today I went for a 2.2 mile walk with a friend who's just starting her weight loss journey. And after that I was definitely feeling the burn, but I STILL went home and did my upper body Definition workout, with 5, 10 and 15 pound weights. I didn't skimp on the reps or sets, and I'm SO proud of myself!!! (course I may not be able to lift my car keys tomorrow, but I STILL did it!)

Many of us get frustrated by how slow our scale seems to be moving, even though we may be working out on a regular basis. But I am a firm believer that when you consistently workout with Joyce's DVD's, Books (or even any other type of workout) that you will see MANY positive changes.

So what's YOUR non-scale win? I may be something simple like being able to keep your streaks going one more day, or it may be a major milestone like finishing a 10K race. Whatever your non scale victory is, please take a moment to share it with us so we can celebrate with you and maybe it will help motivate us to keep going as well!
