Building a better mind/body connection
Working out daily and with consistency.
Be able to run 5k a couple times a week.
Eating healthy daily.
Losing 1-2 lbs/week consistently.
By the end of the year weigh around 150-175 lbs.
Have established a healthy and doable routine again.
This summer and year I have slipped in putting my health first. I am going to do it again because I'm worth it.
