I agree that you are short on fruits and veggies. Also, whole grain breads and foods are going to give you lasting power.
Many times you can start with a very low calorie intake and feel great but in a few days it catches up to you and you may find that you are "empty" and angry or just feel rotten. The energy levels drop and you have a hard time concentrating. Your body is really happier if you eat enough.
Don't worry today but try to plan better. An egg is actually a great snack. I like to have yogurt and fruit for breakfast and adding an egg adds less than 100 calories and I'm quite satisfied. I also like to have small snacks through the day.
You will be fine. Eating behaviors are always a "work in progress" and need to be fine tuned frequently to make it work for you.
