You have all given great answers - I went to eating five meals a days(maybe I should say three meals and two snacks) and this keeps me full and takes care of the snacking. Usually I save my fruit for the mid morning and in the middle of the afternoon I love yogurt or more fruit. Have not had the problem with getting hungry after the evening meal.

I think Walkingrandma gave you some good advice, add a little on the fruits and vegetables, and also, if you can, snack! If I am short calories (like 100 or so) once in awhile I don't worry, I can always have a glass of FF milk (I think organic FF milk tastes wonderful)- esp. chocolate milk (Over the Moon makes the chocolatiest milk FF milk ever) but I don't want to be too short of calories very often. I eat a bowl of cereal topped with my fruits for breakfast. Also snack on fruits and veggies and occasionally I "cheat" with a handful of pretzels to add a few calories. My trick is to eat small meals and snacks to keep my blood sugar and energy level up.

To make a smoothie all you need is a blender and then add a cup of yogurt and about 2 cups of frozen or fresh fruit. You can add vanilla and what ever sweetener that you want to it and you have a smoothie. If you use frozen fruit then you don't need ice. If it is too thick then add some 100% juice to it.

I agree that you are short on fruits and veggies. Also, whole grain breads and foods are going to give you lasting power.
Many times you can start with a very low calorie intake and feel great but in a few days it catches up to you and you may find that you are "empty" and angry or just feel rotten. The energy levels drop and you have a hard time concentrating. Your body is really happier if you eat enough.
Don't worry today but try to plan better. An egg is actually a great snack. I like to have yogurt and fruit for breakfast and adding an egg adds less than 100 calories and I'm quite satisfied. I also like to have small snacks through the day.
You will be fine. Eating behaviors are always a "work in progress" and need to be fine tuned frequently to make it work for you.

If you do not eat the amount of calories you need in your range to lose, your body goes into "starvation" mode and you do not lose. You need to eat to lose. Seems strange. I have been there. My problem is I need to choose the right foods to keep on going. Veggies, fruits, good fats, and protein are our staples. Making the right choices will get you to your goal. Everyone in this group will be your cheerleader. Take one day at a time and it will come off.

you have to follow the meal plans and eat whatever each meal suggests or substitute something else for the same caloriest... you cant just have a apple for breakfast it has 2 b more calories.... thats why u end up with xtra calories to use.... there is a smoothie recipes on here try that.... EAT,EAT,EAT LOTS of fruits & veggies

looks like you need to eat more for breakfast. if you are short calories every once in a while its ok, but not on a regular basis. quick way to get more calories is to add some healthy fats (that we need anyway) such as nuts, avocado, olive oil
All the so called "secrets of success"will not work ... unless you do.
I am using the nutrition tracker but not allowing it to plan my meals ... this was my first week (I am on day 4). Since I just started this week I plan to try the meal planner for my up coming week but i have to go to the grocery store.
