My April goal is to take 1 higher altitude hike and start working on my endurance. I know that's not specific, but this crazy spring weather we're having really precludes making and hard and fast outdoor plans! Since I'm only about 500' above sea level now, I really need to increase my ability to hike at higher elevations for this summer's hike to California.
And I also need to get back on track on my weight loss, I've only lost 8 pounds in the first 3 months of 2012 which is short by half of where I should be to meet my goal weight this year! So since this is April 01, I'm cooking next weeks lunches today and I will get back on track with my menus and SP eating plan!
