Congratulations on your awesome weight loss! I also have the same problem and I often wear "spanx". I bought the ones at JC Penney instead of the spanx brand. They seem to help, so you might want to try them. I have back problems and have had back surgery, so I often wear a back support that I bought from Footsmart.com. This also helps. Hello all. I have a question that I hope someone here could answer for me. My starting weight was 333 and I now weight 271, I have hanging skin or whatever it is on my abdomen and it is causing low back pain. I know I have to build my abdominal muscles but in the meantime what can I do to support it, hold it up or whatever?
