For the last few months, I have been making a pot of soup on Sundays then dividing it out into 2 cup gladware to pack in my lunch. I add a yogurt, 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese, some strawberries. I always keep a small thing of peanut butter handy at work if I get into a 'I'm hungry' moment, I just have a small spoon to get me by.

This time of year I like soups, but I've yet to find a healthy canned soup that fills me up on one serving. So, I tend to add things to my soup. I'll take a cup of the canned soup and add fresh mushrooms and other veggies. Sometimes I'll even toss in some chunks of grilled chicken or soy crumbles. I'm using the Weight Watcher's framework for my nutrition, so I have to get in two teaspoons of a healthy oil each day. I'll toss in a teaspoon of canola or olive oil which makes the soup richer and more filling.
I'm not much of a traditionalist when it comes to what foods should be eaten for which meal. If I want something sweet for lunch I'll make myself some oatmeal with berries and cinnamon. I keep packets of oatmeal in my desk drawer as a standby.
I've also been known to make a lunch of microwave popcorn, an apple, and some string cheese.

I also enjoy bringing leftovers for lunch. When I don't have any I bring my Starkist Tuna Lunch To go. The pack that has everything in it, crackers too, and I can mix myself. I pack one of those and a piece of fruit or frozen veggie. I also like the Campbells Soup at Hand with some wheat crackers and a freggie.
In the summertime I like to bring salads with a chicken breast or other leftover meat.
