Popcorn in the microwave...what a treat! Great fun AND fiber!

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

Dear God, please help me to remember that there is nothing that can happen to me that You have not permitted, and that if You have permitted it, You are right with me as I make my way over, under, around, or through it.

I did try this method & I have a small old 600 watt microwave & I put it in for 3 min. & it popped 1/2 & then I got the popped out & folded it again & set it for 3 min. but it slowed after 2 min. & it popped all but a little; But I'd recommended the white popcorn instead of the yellow b/c I think it has more moisture.

I haven't bought popcorn in ages! (Our popper broke and I never replaced it.) I just checked to see if we have a popcorn button on our microwave. We do!

Please let us know how it works how popping popcorn in a paper bag. If you find it works OK, maybe I will buy some popcorn too.

we have a pop corn machine and we dry air it.we and the kids eat it without anything added to it,no salt, sugar, butter etc.the kids have never had it any other way so they really like it and think it as a treat.i perfer the type with caramel and peanuts but i never by it as i donīt want the kids to know that such popcorn exists.hope you like your paper bag popcorn.

This is a site I found while researching popcorn poppers. The comments on this page is what I found interesting. The one said, "You put 1/3 cup popcorn kernels in a paper bag w/ nothing added & fold it @ the ends. Then stick it in the microwave on the popcorn settings."

I'm going to try this tonight for a night snack.
