I made the fish again and this time instead of adding onions I added green garlic.

Here is a good simple recipe for white fish. Buy whatever is on sale.

...Or catch one if you can!

Baked White Fish with Mushrooms

Now like many people, I did play with the recipe. I left out the bread and salt!

However, it was delicious. I don't think I have ever mixed lemon juice and soy sauce before, but I definitely will do it again!

It says seasonings to taste. I added some paprika.

Next time I think I will add some onions to the mushrooms.

Well, if you don't eat it all today, you can always have more tomorrow!

We buy kilos of cheese - mozzarella, cheddar, feta...

The feta is actually the easiest for me to watch the quantities of. It is so salty, I will never eat it plain, and only east small bits of it at a time.

Yes, I can. emoticon

I like it too. That's why I buy it. I don't buy small quantities at a time though. I buy at least a pound at a time. I find it is cheaper that way, and it keeps pretty well in the fridge.

I once bought 3 kilos at once. That was a little too much.

i disagree with you diane i think feta cheese is a good buy as a little goes along way because of it strong taste and the fact that it is easy to crumble so you don´t use as much.i crumble it on salads, pizza, spegetti sauce(cheaper than fresh parmisan, don´t like the dried verity)omelettes etc.also like it on a quiche i use the feta to replace the bacon in the reciepe.also i quite like the lowfat feta so it is also doable in my calorie plan.a emoticon for feta.can you tell i like it?

In the summer, I like to have Greek Village Salad for supper. I usually leave out the olives, although they are healthy.

Feta cheese isn't exactly cheap, but the recipe only calls for 1 oz. per person, and if I buy enough of it at one time, the price isn't bad.

It sounds simple and good, but I am a bit confused. I don't see how much margarine we are supposed to use.

I recently tried this Sparkpeople recipe:

Whole Wheat Pasta with Sesame Peanut Sauce
recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-detai
l.
asp?recipe=717

It is not expensive to make. It is quick and easy and good!

I made it last night and added some mushrooms and red peppers. I left out the cayenne pepper.

What new recipes have you tried?
