With Easter and other Bank Holidays coming up, the following should take place: Swim 2x50m Rest 0:30 Repeat 5x. Total Distance = 500m. Total Swimming Time should be 1 hour per session. Follow this plan until Week Beginning 9th May 2011. Have fun. See you soon, Jason.
