Hi Everyone, Sidney suggest having a Drill of the week challenge. Sounds like fun (the other suggestions sounded like fun too, I just didn't get going on them). Here is the drill for this week and it is for Butterfly (since I know Sidney is working on that).
Put on a pair of fins (not required, but surely helpful)
Do 4-8 25s with underwater recovery (thats right, pull through like you would normally and then figure out how to get your arms back to start without raising them out of the water--its sort of like breaststroke recovery, but from way back by your sides)
This drill builds your arm muscles!
