My excuse is that in the moment "I don't feel like it!" 2012 was about the excuses aside more often than not. 2013 is even more so

Think positively
Exercise Daily
Eat Healthy
Work Hard
Stay strong
Build faith
Worry less

Do not give up Ruthie! You are at a plateau and just need to get over it. I think you have made awesome progress in our 2 year journey. I'm still using my busy life as my excuse, but it is more my eating habits while being busy. Never, never, never give up....no excuses!

My excuses focus around the fact that I have been doing everything right and I am still not losing any weight, so I say why bother working so hard, it does not make any difference. I have not lost any weight in months, and in fact, I gained 4 pounds for no reason that I can figure out. SO that is my excuse to myself.

I had lost over 10 lbs with sparkpeople but am up 10 from a year ago!! My excuses: I'm too busy with the kids / family. I'm too tired. I need to take care of XXXX first. I am SO hungry for something sweet. I need a pick me up. I want another serving of dessert.

I did my best when I logged in ALL of my food - so here it goes. Welcome back to sparkpeople!

I am also tired and feel real bad that I have not been very good at keeping team motivation up lately, but I have been working long and late harvest hours!emoticon
I need to tone up and get rid of my final 5, which has turned into 6 and 7 pounds, but lately all I do is run back and forth between buildings. No more excuses...time to firm up and finish up!!emoticon
