Walked 20 minutes and 25 on the elliptical. It is a great feeling!

biked to the gym - takes 60 minutes for return journey, 20 minutes on rowing and stair stepper. Rest of gym time 60 minutes was strength training.

Today I did 45 minutes of pilates and biked a little over 6 miles! I wanted to do about a 40 minute bike ride, and went out 20 minutes thinking it would take the same amount of time to get back. Didn't take into account wind or uphill-ness! I was not a happy camper but I felt pretty good when I got back home!

Today I ran two miles and walked another two, and I did the weights circuit this morning!

Today it was 30 minutes on the elliptical and 20 of walking with a friend. It is nice out here!

Sharing exercise is great for motivating each other, feeling a sense of accomplishment and accountability. Is is too easy to say it and not do it. Lets do it together!
I did the 15 minute stability ball workout and 60 minutes on the elliptical. The new profile picture is my new motivation, ;-).
