BRATS diet - Bananas, Rice, Apples, Toast, Sips of liquid
once your stomach can handle those with out violence then add a little more soft food, scrambled eggs (no milk - just eggs) and simple soups again no milk. Keep adding that which is on your diet until you are well, then slowly add back dairy if you do dairy. ;-)

Exercise slowly a little each day. When you feel like you can add more do!

So I'm just now getting over a stomach bug. Does anyone have simple ways to get back to my diet and excercise without over doing it?
