I have been sticking to my action plan. I do deviate on occasion. There is nothing here to wild with so its kinda easy to stick to the plan.

Not too bad so far. My work caters in lunch everyday and they've finally gotten off their sandwhich kick. Today was fresh salads. I had mixed greens with fresh parmesean cheest, shreded chicken, half a container of the chipotle ranch (using the dip your fork then spear the lettuce technique it really does work!) and a couple Nilla Wafers for something sweet!

Horrible! Went to the Ranger Game... Nuf said.

I haven't logged it in yet, so maybe it's not as bad as it seems, but right now, the jalapenos are sitting in my gut like a hot rock and I'm beyond bloated. Yuck!

So far, so good for today.

Yesterday wasn't too bad. I was over a bit on my calories, but not much.

Okay, this is the one area where I am really going to have to work. Exercise, that's the easy part, but eating well I'm going to have to really change that. Today I've already had a brownie for breakfast (last night's desert) and Wendy's. However, I did only have the 5pc nugget and a small fry.

Ate pretty good today, but enjoyed a few too many liquid treats. Still, all in all, not a bad day.
