Pushups on the Ball
Back Extension with Ball

START Couch to 5K.

call me crazy, but I did 30 min of stairs at the AAC 'cause I didnt think I would get my walk in, but I will... I almost passed out oh my.... sweat and heavy breathing....goodness

Again, was supposed to go pick out a bike, but woke up in the night with body aches and the beginnings of what felt like a migraine. Have kept the aches to a minimum with Tylenol, but the lethargy has remained. Blah...

Have already done 10 strength training exercises including stretching.

Hope to get at least 90 minutes of cardio in before the end of the day. I've been doing step-ups in my office during lunch. I can read and step at the same time, so it's been great!

PT tried to kill me today with over 80 minutes of:

Supermans
Leg lifts
Glut stretch
Quad stretch
Dead Bugs (lay on back, kick feet, hands over head then follow feet)
Abductions
Adductions
Bridge with feet on ball and lift legs
Hip flexors
Knee lifts
etc.

I'll get it all logged later. I don't know if I'll get anymore in today or not. I'm kinda wrung out at the moment!
