I used to do Slimming World where weighing and measuring a lot of stuff wasn't needed - I thought I would be hungry with WW but so far its working for me. Had fish and chips out last week and still managed to lose - thank God for weekly points....

I went way over my points yesterday and gained a pound and a half. I have set a goal for myself. I met the goal for June but now I have an extra pound and a half to go for July. My goal in to no longer be obese by my birthday of Aug 17.
