I used to do Slimming World where weighing and measuring a lot of stuff wasn't needed - I thought I would be hungry with WW but so far its working for me. Had fish and chips out last week and still managed to lose - thank God for weekly points....

I went way over my points yesterday and gained a pound and a half. I have set a goal for myself. I met the goal for June but now I have an extra pound and a half to go for July. My goal in to no longer be obese by my birthday of Aug 17.

I have a friend that is just like you. She can't eat more than 1200 calories and she works out the best she can. One of these days the flood gates will open and those pounds will come off.

i do 2 hours a day..walking/swimming. the docs have tried everything. i'm just a hard case. it goes, just terribly slowly. i rejoice when i lose half a pound!!

so far none. they have me at 41 right now. i dropped to 35 and still lose nothing. my doc doesnt want me to go below that..so i'm stuck!
