I'm using the Hackersdiet.com average weight. I used to use Physicsdiet.com, but the site has been unreliable lately, so I switched.

Week 1 : Tu 2/18/2014 - M 2/24/2014: 126.5 - a little higher than I like, but respectable:)
Week 2 : Tu 2/25/2014 - M 3/3/2014: 126.5
Week 3 : Tu 3/4/2014 - M 3/10/2014: 126.7 - gotta watch the creep
Week 4 : Tu 3/11/2014 - M 3/17/2014: 127.1 - too much recreational eating!
Week 5 : Tu 3/18/2014 - M 3/24/2014:127.1
Week 6 : Tu 3/25/2014 - M 3/31/2014: 127.4
Whew! I'm glad this didn't kick me out of the challenge - must reverse this trend! Frankly, I'm not sure what's causing the scale creep. I've been eating within my range - I'm hoping this is due to several high sodium meals over the weekend.

Week 7 : Tu 4/1/2014 - M 4/7/2014: 127.7 - I had a nice downtick, and then up again. Crazy!
Week 8 : Tu 4/8/2014 - M 4/14/2014: 127.8
Well, this puts me out of the running, but I'll keep tracking anyway. Next challenge I'll use 124.5 as my center. I really want to get this slight creep under control!

Week 9 : Tu 4/15/2014 - M 4/21/2014: 127.6 - Back in range (Barely!), but I'll take it, even if I'm out of the challenge. I'm hoping to stay in range and get closer to my happy place by the beginning of the next challenge.

Last week of the challenge featured a lapse on Tuesday evening, overeating seriously at a second night Seder. Ate to the low end of the calorie range Wednesday and Thursday, and trimmed the range another 100 calories on Friday for the coming taper week in half marathon training. Maintenance is a game of adjustments, sometimes frequent adjustments.
