Thanks for the advice. I'm going to hold off on making changes until I'm better. I have only burned 1/3 my usual calories working out this week anyway. My doctor's advice nurse said to take it easy for a few days while my body fights this wicked respiratory virus,
I did the elliptical for 39 minutes anyway - it's vital for my migraine management - I just didn't push as hard as usual.
Boy, a 128 lb body does not burn nearly as many calories in half an hour as a 200 lb body!
