I'm confused. Last Thursday, I posted my average for week 7. That's the week that was on the page where I posted. It seems there should be 1 more week left OR I missed a weigh-in somewhere and shouldn't be on the list of finishers. Or maybe I'm just missing how this works, since I was always a week behind in the last challenge and ended up finishing that one, too. OR - is the page where we log our weekly weights behind in updating itself with the correct number of week we are on????

Weighing daily, first thing in the morning. Recording simple averages of weights from Sunday through Saturday.

I think that's the last week of this challenge? Most of this time I've been unable to run due to a foot injury, but I managed to maintain the weight anyway. I started back to run/walk intervals yesterday, and I expect going forward the calorie range will need to be adjusted upward just a little.
