114.5 lbs this week

I am ending the challenge at a higher weight for me (though still in range), after 5 days of convention food (brought as much food with me as the mini-fridge/luggage would allow). I am sure to start out lower in the next challenge though! :)

Happy Birthday! Glad to see you posting to stay in touch.

I'm at 129.3. Down a pound or so due to cleaning the house yesterday for 7 hours and a 1/2 marathon last weekend. Still trying to figure out what I need to keep up my maintenance. I have heard it before - maintenance is harder than weight loss!

Guess at center weight: 161.5

All are averages of the daily weights from Sunday to Saturday of the week.

Average for week 6 is close to the average for week 5, but the weights came down instead of going up. It now looks like I'll stay in my tight range, though I'm wondering if perhaps 162 would have been a better target to fluctuate around. (OK, that's the way it worked out for this challenge; but I wonder if I'd be a tad healthier if I aimed a pound or so heavier for maintaining.)

I've been doing something wrong. According to posts here, a new week has started, but when I went to the page to post, it showed it was still Week 5. I posted for Week 4 last week. I'm using the link in the first post of this discussion, as it says it will be the same link every week. I hope someone who has access to the spreadsheet can make appropriate changes to my stats, or I'll end up being dropped from the challenge. Oh, well, there is always next time.
