Thanks for sharing this, Bill. He's sure made great progress. I like that he doesn't totally eschew cardio like some lifters do at times. I think cardio and strength training can and should go hand-in-hand, especially if you're going for maximum health benefits but even if you're going for maximum aesthetic benefits. You just need to choose the type you do more wisely.
