I'm wondering if Popsy isn't onto something here. Rest really is important, even when we are well. If you have been battling feeling sick, maybe just taking a day of total rest could help. It can be really difficult for some of us to accept that and actually allow ourselves to rest, because we feel we are losing time for other things, but if we aren't well, we aren't really completely in the game even though we are going through the motions. We end up losing several partial days instead of just giving ourselves a break and taking a rest.
It might not hurt to try :)
