148. Phew! I was worried about how being sick and not being able to really eat anything for a few days then gorging myself once I started feeling better would affect my final weigh in this week, but everything seems to have more or less leveled off and I'm back to my normal habits. I'm definitely thankful for that!

114 this week.
I am starting back into "normal" exercise tomorrow, assuming my knee agrees to do so. It is normal for me to gain the first week that I increase exercise, so hopefully that won't happen. I am too close to my edge range.

This week's uptick seems bloat related, however, as my calorie differential doesn't warrant it, so maybe it will all balance out by next week.

Week 5! 107. I'm actually right on the goal weight. It's all a mental game though because the several weeks I've been close to 2 pounds lighter. And after last week, I can feel that extra weight. But it's all mental and I know I'm normal. I just don't like it when I feel blah and over-full.

My eating has been disordered this week as we cope with the death of my Father-in-law. My weight is up, but I'm posting my low weight for the week (which came mid-week) because I think that once we get back to routine my weight will stabilize there again. 114.8.

141.8 - up a little, but birthday excess is the cause...it's over with today, and I'm sure that a majority of it is water from too much salt on the burger and fries!!! Time to get serious again!

Another training this week, but today I had a weight of 163.4 which I believe keeps me in the challenge. Tomorrow the weather changes, which makes me nervous about keeping up the exercise.
