ZENNITH: There's nothing wrong with either setting a higher central weight and aiming to work down to the lower end of the -3% or starting out of range and seeing if you can get into it by the end of the challenge. :-)

The main thing is accountability!

Well, I don't think we're talking about a new style of challenge, just a continuation of the maintenance challenges from the past. Staying within 3% of goal weight for x number of weeks. Although I'm sure no one would object to new maintenance related challenges.
