I squeeze in exercise all the time - there are tricks listed here (park far away, jog a few minutes each hour, etc.)
Other ideas - take the stairs up and down at work or wherever you go
Have walking meetings
Walk or do other cardio at lunch
Deliver papers, messages, or whatever yourself - walk around handing out papers, telling people about meetings, gathering info - I used to get in a 30 minute walk by doing that versus calling or emailing!
March in place while making a meal and while cleaning up (I can even do squats while washing dishes - takes practice, but you can do this)
Squeeze in ST and cardio while showering (squats and calf raises, wall pushups, etc in the shower) - march in place while brushing teeth, blow drying hair, etc
