Just as much for my own notes as to give you a heads-up, here are the tentative upcoming maintenance challenges:

Most Independent (Ending July 9)

Fall (sign up 7/10-7/23, log weights 7/24-10/8)

Winter (sign up 10/9-10/22, log weights 10/23-1/7)

Spring (sign up 1/8-1/21, log weights 1/22-4/8)

Never, ever, EVER give up!

From BMI 53 (336 lbs) to under 30. Now aiming for less than 20% body fat.
