Calling it a 114 average for the week. It's been lower most days, but a meal at a Brazilian steakhouse last night added a couple of pounds. Now I'm off on vacation. I hope I can enjoy myself without my weight spiking. I know I can relose what I gain, but it always takes so much longer than putting it on did!

FYI - I will not be able to do next Tuesday's (July 3) spreadsheet calculations and post the results since I'll be in surroundings which do not have adequate computer resources or internet.

Because of this, I'll log my own weight before I leave! LOL

Please continue logging as usual and using this thread as a backup. Google timestamps entries, so just make sure you do one log entry between now and July 2 (Midnight, Eastern) and another entry between July 3 and July 9 (Midnight, Eastern).

If there are problems we will sort them out when I return (the last week of the challenge).

Thanks for your patience - and thanks for being in this challenge with me.

I'm struggling, but I haven't thrown in the towel and partly due to you guys I'm doing better at this maintenance thing than I have in the past!

53.3 was managing really well at the beginning of the challenge, and now I'm losing weight again. Never ever dreamed I'd be wondering how to eat more food!

Help! I went to log my weight and my name is no longer on the list. I did fall below my range last week, but wanted to continue logging in.

Is my name somewhere that I don't see it? I haven't missed any weeks of logging in.

I guess I will just add it here so that I have a record: 129 this morning. I am going to have to reevaluate what I want my goal weight to be before next round.
