Our "block" loves new kids!! Welcome! You'll always have fluctuations, so I pay more attention to weekly weigh-ins. SP has a healthy lifestyle check up every 2 weeks, and I use that as my barometer. OK ... For your bi-weekly Lifestyle Check-ups, on your Start page, if you have achieved your goal, the box toward the middle should say "You are in Spark Diet Stage 4". Click on that and there will be a place you can click for Go to Healthy Lifestyle Checkup. You will post today's weight and evaluate your progress in things like eating the right foods, getting enough exercise, drinking enough water, etc. And they'll ask how you feel about your confidence, your energy level, your appearance, etc. They'll give you a few tips. In 2 weeks you'll get an email reminder that it's time for your next Lifestyle Checkup. If you don't click on the link, you won't get more reminders, but you can always go back and find it again, post current weight, and be back on the schedule.
