ALLELUIA525, that was really funny!

Well my last week went to hell in a hand basket for working out wise!!! Between my BF's truck breaking down while I was going to Curves on Tuesday night to not being able to get to Curves later in the week due to holiday schedule, etc etc....

But I was good and I maintained!!! emoticon Hope everyone had a great time w/ family and friends over the holiday.

I'm in, but.... Thursday is a rest day. (I work one job 6:30am - noon, then another job 1-7pm, then I have class 7-9:30, so um yeah, "rest" day!)

I did 30 minutes on the bike today!

Saw this topic and thought it might be something else -- when we lived in Phoenix, our church did a Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving morning. They had a 1 mile course set out at a local park, and had prizes for different age groups. It was fun to put the turkey in the oven and get some outside/fun time in rather than just spend all day in the kitchen. We'll be in Arizona this year with family, and I hope to get a nice walk in Thanksgiving morning. Give it a try, if you live in a climate that makes it possible!

Did my usual 130 minutes of various exercise and
since it was cold & windy out side I did my 5 miles
on the Treadmill.
Don't work too hard but do work out.

I have my curves work out today, part cardio and strength, and if it gets up to 50 today, I'll do my 1.6 mile power walk. not quite 30 minutes there.
