I'm 5'4" goal range is 135-130. I tried going lower, but just couldn't stay there. I'm really active but I don't track anymore, so I'd have to estimate I'm between 1800-2200 calories on any given day, and burn around 2000 calories a week.
It really does depend on a lot of factors, and I've seen folks that workout more so they can eat more, and others who don't. I'm sure muscle vs fat % has a lot to do with it too, as well as hormonal and metabolic differences.
