I Mainly practice vinyasa flow, and have been for the past year and a half
The benefits Ive been noticing so far is:
- better posture.
- im more patient and understanding
- improved duration.
- better skin.
- stronger, leaner muscles.
- im flexible.
I also find that yoga helps you set the mood for the rest of the day of practiced in the golden hour(morning) And that it actually makes me crave healthy stuff like lemonwater, vegetables and fruit. Anyone else had this experience?
