KTHabit - I love that your friend said "Be." What a simple, necessary, powerful message. I would also suggest "Do."

One of the most powerful statements I've ever heard came from a woman I know who had just won an award for her community service. She said that years before, when her kids were young, a friend of hers had wanted her to do a bunch of volunteer work, and she just didn't feel like she had the time or energy to do it. She started to tell her friend that and her friend simply said, "People are hungry." And that was it. I love that - the raw simplicity of the message is what makes it so powerful. People are hungry. Do. Be.

Yes, I like that "just breathe" - simple and beautiful. A friend of mine once said "be" and that was it. Powerful, simple!
