Hi - I hope this question makes sense. I got Rodney Yee's dvd AM Yoga for your Week and it has 5 different 20-minute yoga practices on it, each focusing on a different concept (twists, forward bends, etc.)
Is it better to do one different workout every day, or should I spend one week doing the first workout, one week doing the second, etc? I feel like I won't make much progress if I rotate them, because I'll only be doing "twists" once a week.
Thoughts or suggestions? Thanks!!
