Was it helpful to focus 5 weeks on each set of poses? I have the same dvd and I do follow one for each day of the week, so by the end of the week I had done all the poses. Sometimes I combine 2 sets or 3 set and I do the whole week in 2-3 days. It is a lot of fun to pick and choose, but I never thought of doing the same set for a whole week, so I'm curious to learn from your experience.

Hi - I hope this question makes sense. I got Rodney Yee's dvd AM Yoga for your Week and it has 5 different 20-minute yoga practices on it, each focusing on a different concept (twists, forward bends, etc.)
Is it better to do one different workout every day, or should I spend one week doing the first workout, one week doing the second, etc? I feel like I won't make much progress if I rotate them, because I'll only be doing "twists" once a week.
