You might try looking at Yogafit, they are more exercise oriented. For the most part yoga is considered to be a whole person "science" and most programs involve discussion and study of more than body postures. Cindy

Hi! I'm super-interested in learning how to be a yoga instructor and obtaining my certification. The problem is, every program I find deals with a heavy spiritual aspect involved in some forms of yoga. Does anyone know of a certification program (preferably toward the south-east coast) that doesn't involve the spiritual aspects? Any advice would be great! Thanks!

Many Blessings!
