Yin yoga is an excellent suggestion -- but observe the energetic effect as the month goes on -- a balanced practice is best, as excess forward bending can have a cooling, quieting, even depressing effect; excess backbends can be heating, energizing, even irritating.

as some of you might know, today (21st) is the first day of the fasting month for the Muslims. I've mentioned before that I do not wish to give up doing yoga during this month. A lot of people had suggested doing Yin Yoga which I agree. But what other asanas would you suggest for detoxification and for the digestive system while fasting.
I'm hoping to be able to do my own sequence. =)
