Since I am not that worried about how many calories I just put my yoga under card for the minutes because I know the practice is a healthy physical expenditure for me.

Lost 65 lbs and maintained since 2006.

When all else fails, I track my minutes on the Quick Track. At least my minutes count, even if it isn't strength or cardio.

I just took a cardio class at the Y. It's cardio, but I don't know how to figure out how many calories I expended to make it count for cardio.

Since I only do Hatha Yoga, I don't include my practice on the fittness tracker. It is gentle stretching and breathing, not cardio.

My name is Nadine and I live in Henderson, NV

I agree we get both out of yoga... however most experts have doubts about the cardio effects. I don't! You can track it under card... it's listed as Power Yoga.

How do you track yoga in the fitness tracker? As strength? Cardio? I feel like I get both out of it.

The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows. It is a very mean and nasty place and I don't care how tough you are it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain't how hard you hit; it's about how hard you can get hit, and keep moving forward. How much you can take, and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done. Now, if you know what you're worth, then go out and get what you're worth. But you
