I don't care for the audio only podcasts, because I'm still fairly new to it, and I hate not knowing what pose they want me to be in. Some of the podcasts have pose guides available, so that's helpful, but I prefer the video guides. I usually just plug my computer into my tv screen in my gym, but I've also used them on my Nano.

I live in a small town, with one yoga studio with limited class options, so I turn to online classes. Both sites have memberships costs, but if you're used to paying for classes then it shouldn't bother you.
Hi everyone, I recently moved to a place where the ONLY complete yoga center is an hour away. I'm a student of Ashtanga/Power Yoga with heat. Does anyone know of sites where a full practice or practices can be downloaded? I'd love to have 2 or 3 full, advanced classes on my ipod. Thanks if you can help!
If you quit now, you'll soon be back where you started. And when you started, you desperately wanted to be where you are now. DON'T QUIT!
