I don't care for the audio only podcasts, because I'm still fairly new to it, and I hate not knowing what pose they want me to be in. Some of the podcasts have pose guides available, so that's helpful, but I prefer the video guides. I usually just plug my computer into my tv screen in my gym, but I've also used them on my Nano.
