I have it and I think its wonderful although not necessary. I don't practice yoga regularly because I find the class to be somewhat daunting time wise but I've been practicing and using Gabrielle's hot yoga book and videos to bridge the gap.

I am starting yoga again in order to gain flexibility. I am doing gravity poses from YogaBody naturals and have been directed to Gabrielle's books and DVDs. Since I would like to avoid making mistakes (home practice), it looks like this one is great. However since it is not cheap, I want to make sure I spend the money right. Has anyone ordered it ?
