I've recently learned how to jump back from Flat Back into Chaturanga Dandasana. Now I'm concentrating on the breath that goes with this movement. I'm told that one jumps back holding an exhaled breath. I find that this is making the transition smooth and doable. My next project is to work on jumping back from Bakasana to Chaturanga.
