There is no comparison, just felt good to do wii in the little time I had available.

I hope the kids learn as much from me as I do them.

I did wii fit today. It is my go to when I can't go to the class.

I hope the kids learn as much from me as I do them.

Wii fit yoga is pretty fun. I enjoy doing it if I can't get out to the gym or yoga studio.

I did a few poses and as a newbie I like using it to see if I'm balancing properly. I probably won't ever do an entire routine on the wii fit but it's a good way for me to make sure I'm doing the moves properly.

I'm going to stick my Mom on it this weekend. emoticon

Thank you for posting this. I'm just starting yoga and I forgot about Wii Fit having yoga on it. I'm going to go do some Yoga on it here in a bit and I'll let yall know what I think.

I bought the board and Wii fit and will be using it for the first time today. I'm sure you can do the yoga without the board. It will probably be more like using a tape though. I can't imagine you would get any feedback.

Thanks for the info! I'm hoping that our local gym will start a beginner's Yoga class so that I can make sure that I'm doing the poses correctly. I'm never sure if I'm bending the right way! emoticon

I have the Wii and the Yoga DVD. I have also purchased additional Yoga "games" for the Wii. But I have to say, after about 3 months of using it, I started just doing the yoga on my own without the board and the wii. Its more comfortable to me. I wish there were more choices with Yoga and the Wii, but theres not much.

Hello! I have a Wii game console also and want to purchase the Wii Yoga dvd too. Can you do the Yoga without the board? Wondering how you like it! Thanks.

The Wii console is $199 at most stores now and the Balance Board with Wii Fit Plus is anywhere from $85 - 99. You can check out The Game Shop and may be able to get a 'used' one or check out Amazon.com etc. Wii Fit Plus is really fun and works on a lot of balance issues that seem to "creep up" as we all become "more mature." Buahahaha!!!

Yeppers, I'll let every know. I on postsurgical "restrictions" right now and won't get released until 01/19/10.

Everyone have a happy and safe NYE and NYD. Pam

I got to looking around and found Walmart has a Wii bundle (console, balance board & Wii Fit Plus) for $298. Is that a good price or should I keep looking?

Hi there everyone --

I got Wii Yoga for Christmas that utilizes the balance board to assist you in maintaining proper positioning and balance, form etc. It has targeted training schedules in four different levels of varying difficulty. Also, many different "locations" you can enter through a virtual door and can start out as a beginner and finish your journey as a guru.

So -- wondering if anyone has this? If so, what do you think? Really curious and hoping I can get some feedback from this team. Thanks -- Pam
