I get 20 min. Yoga Sessions from YogaDownload.com on iTunes podcasrs. It included audio and pdf printouts. I'm delighted to see other yoga resources thru iTunes. Yoga journal was the only other site I knew about.
Oh, and if you have cable on demand (ours is through Comcast) you may have a 20 minute yoga. Ours is from a program that either 4 or 5 am if we had to watch the broadcast.
Which one was the meditation site?
I'm on hold for doing yoga because of a back injury. I'm sure yoga will help, but I'm still too much a novice to be sure I'm doing it right and I don't want to cause more problems. Unfortunately, I can't afford yoga classes and therapy sessions at the same time. But meditation I can do without classes, I'm sure.
Hmm... just thought...I bet I could study the printouts and do "mental yoga." I've learned other things that way.
(sorry for the babbling)
I see a world where all people accept each other as friends and neighbors and celebrate each person's uniqueness as a vital part of everyone's life, like threads in a tapestry.
