Step 1: Make a routine. If you don't have a routine for bed, make steps towards establishing one and stick with it. Make it relaxing. Make their bedrooms relaxing.

If you have already done the challenge, do it again! and this time think of ways to apply it towards your children
Step 3: Share your experiences on SP on either the Healthy Kids Forum or the Sleep Challenge Forum.
