This is a HUGE one right now. I personally think it takes more than ONE week to change this and identify your way to reduce screen time!

I found this Screen Log Time pdf and will just make that the first step in this challenge:

Please log the time for the week. It is important.

The other resources I found pretty much said the same thing:
*Set a good example. Limit your own screen time to two hours a day.
*Log Screen Time
*Set limits and enforce them
*Donít put a television in your childís bedroom.
*Make mealtime television-free.
