Pick a goal to track on the bottom of the Healthy Kids Team.
Keep it simple. Keep it fun. Just like with losing weight, if you are looking to change something in your daily routine, pick something you will enjoy and is going to attract your kid's attention:-) Very personalized program. Make it your own! Remember it is the small stuff!
Team Goal: Get outdoors with your kids for at least 30 minutes 2 times per week
Team Goal: Read to your kid at least 1 story for at least 10 minutes 1 time per day.
Resources (include your local library in this):
Team Goal: Encourage and praise at least 1 independent activity of your kids at least 1 time per day
